In the majority of cases we can simply use the existing line that you have in place and transfer it onto our network; we can then enable one of our high quality business broadband connections on the line.
At Internexus we only use the best business grade equipment with all our connections. We provide the latest ‘N’ grade wireless routers to give you the best possible range and speed (300Mb/s) for your office Wi-Fi network allowing you to connect more devices and send and receive information much faster.
We have a range of specialist products that enable us to bypass the problem of thick walls. If you want to discuss the options call one of our business specialists on 0800 138 5784 and ask about our business booster.
If your business broadband connection is too slow this is usually due to 1 of 2 reasons. You are either too far away from your local exchange or you are trying to use your business broadband service beyond its capacity. Internexus can help in either situation by either providing you with a broadband connection over our private network or upgrading you to a direct internet access connection (DIA). Our private network (if available in your area) does not rely on the old copper network, which allows Internexus to deliver high speed connections where other suppliers can’t. If you are using your broadband connection beyond its capacity this may be the result of too many people trying to use the service at the same time or you may be hosting servers on site. In this situation we would recommend that you upgrade to a direct internet access connection (DIA) which can provide you with much higher capacity. Call one of our business specialists on 0800 138 5784 who will be able to advise you what is available in your area.
If you are currently in contract but would like to move to Internexus then it may be possible for us to pay the cancellation charges of your current service so that you can move to Internexus as soon as possible. In some circumstances we may consider delivering an additional service to you free of charge until your current contract runs out. Each customer case is looked at on an individual basis so give us a call and speak to one of our business specialists on 0800 138 5784 to see if we can help you start saving today.
EFM and DIA are both un-contented services which means you will always get the full bandwidth and won’t be slowed down at busy times. The major difference between EFM and DIA is the way that they are delivered to your office. EFM is delivered over copper pairs (which are also used for telephone lines). Multiple copper pairs are bonded together to provide a maximum speed of up to 20Mb/s. The major problem with EFM is that it suffers from the same speed issues as traditional broadband because it uses copper cable. This means that the maximum speed available depends on your distance from the local exchange. Copper cables are also less reliable and come with slower repair times compared to their fibre counterparts. DIA connections are delivered to your premises either by fibre cable links or point to point radio connections, these connections allow the full speed of your connection to be accessed no matter how far you are from the exchange. They also come with more comprehensive fault resolution times compared to copper.
